Your choice of Frankenmuth Family Style Chicken Dinner or Chef’s special vegetarian Chili Dinner.  Menu includes World Famous Frankenmuth Chicken, Stollen (fruit & nut bread), backofenbrot (housemade white bread), noodle soup, cole slaw, pasta salad, cranberry relish, a Michigan seasonal salad, baked dressing, vegetable du jour, 100% real mashed potatoes and gravy, buttered noodles and dessert.  Cash bar.

All catalog advertising is due by August 20,2018. The rates are as follows:

National Specialty Auction

A highlight of every BCOA National is the Live Auction on Friday, October 12th, following the Banquet. Basenji artwork, books, historical Basenji photographs, memorabilia, clothing, note cards, decorations – so many beautiful and unique items! A Silent Auction will be held during the prior days.

Find a special item you can donate this year to help make the auction a success. Every year the auction proceeds are shared with the national specialty and the Basenji Health Endowment. Pledge an item by contacting the auction organizers, and either ship it now or bring it with you to the National Specialty!

Catalog Pre-Sale

Don’t take the chance of a short supply! Pre-order your 2018 BCOA National Specialty Catalog and it will be waiting for you at the show. Not attending? We can mail the show catalog to you although we can’t guarantee it will get there before the show, but we’ll do our best.  If you wish to have your catalog mailed to you, select the Mail To You option when you Add To Cart then please complete our form so we have your mailing address. Preferred Grooming Space

Preferred Grooming Space will be located closer to the ring and guarantees electrical access. There will be free grooming space also available but no guarantee of electric. Spaces are 5’ x10’ and for the entire specialty period (Wed-Sat). Please indicate the number of spaces you would like.  If you have a preference as to who you would like to set up by, please complete our form.

Vendor Booth Space

$40 total PLUS one item donated to our auction, for a 10’ x 10’ space for Wednesday through Saturday. Vendors are responsible for all fees, permits, and sales tax, if applicable. Setup available Tuesday October 9, 2018 beginning at noon.
