The Pima County Fairgrounds is a 640-acre event complex located southeast of Tucson. The fairgrounds is a true desert environment with mesquite, cacti and grass. The average temperature is 80° F.
The facility was designed for diverse and multi use and includes outdoor concert and stage locations, 3 exhibit buildings, equestrian facilities, animal and livestock arenas, motorized event arena, storage facilities, 15-acres of asphalt display area, outdoor exhibit spaces, picnic areas, RV facilities and areas for out-door camping.
Coursing, will be held outdoors on the grassy areas of the Fairgrounds.
The Specialty & Obedience will be held in the Fairgrounds Beer Garden Ramada, which has a large roof & no walls. The Ramada has a concrete floor. Mats will be in place and the ring enclosed with baby gates. Agility will be held in the Fairgrounds barn & managed by the Saguaro Scramblers.

This boutique hotel is located in downtown Tucson, 20 miles (24 minute drive) north of the Pima County Fairgrounds. The Hotel is setting aside 150 rooms for those attending the National Specialty with special rates. This rate is offered for bookings between November 7th to November 17th and allows for booking during All-Breed Show clusters on the weekends prior to & after the National Specialty.
